Overview

The Director of Field Services will develop critical business insights, reporting, and process definition that lead to improved performance across all revenue drivers and controllable costs of the field organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data is leveraged for key decision making by Field Leaders and visualized from a field lens to improve comprehension. This role will provide recommendations and operational support to the field leadership and codevelop analysis into actionable business plans.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:


1. Reporting and Analytics ~ 40% of time

• Evaluate clinic performance and perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive business improvements.

• Create annual controllable labor budget models for the key clinic positions, in partnership with field leadership teams

• Develop and deliver weekly labor and staffing reporting to the field senior operations leadership teams

• Address reporting needs of the field through ad-hoc reporting and outlier identification

• Represent the business and own implementation of field facing reports and/or reporting platforms

• Develop and Automate balanced scorecards distributed to multiple layers of the organization

• Collaborate across all departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processes

• Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies

• Support data governance process to ensure accuracy and consistency of business KPIs


2. Operating Process and Procedure ~ 35% of time

• Create and maintain all standard operating processes for managing club expense

• Owner of SF Treatment Book and Consult Schedule optimization and improvement of system functionality to drive spend efficiencies and increase throughput

• Development of scheduling tools for sales and operations team members as well as club management

• Business owner of all existing and new scheduling tools and systems

3. Field Education and Skill Development ~ 25% of time

• Create field labor management tools and training materials in partnership with L&D

• Respond and address field inquiries regarding labor spend and budgets

• Spend time in the field with AMs, RDs, MRs, and LMPs educating on proper scheduling and labor management practices

• Owns the ongoing administrative requirements of Kronos platform

Qualifications

Qualifications Education/Training:

 

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience performing complex analytics, building data visualizations and dashboards to demonstrate key findings, and drive future performance and optimization

Technical or Administrative Knowledge:

• Advanced skills with reporting tools like (PowerBI, Cognos, SAS)

• Advanced SQL skills and experience • Advanced understanding of Salesforce CRM

Special Skills and Abilities and/or:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to clearly and concisely present analysis and recommend specific action(s) to be taken

• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects • Strong ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making and follow-up skills.

• Understands how and when to make a choice independently; how and when to escalate issues; analyses risks and future impacts of decisions

• Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols

• Strong communication skills, including effective written and oral.

• Professional and ethical conduct, strong interpersonal and communication skills required

• Ability to work across boundaries and collaborate with other departments for results
