    Responsibilities

    The Marketing Project Manager will be an integral part of the strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing initiatives for the nation’s largest provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures that help their Guests look and feel their best.  You’ll support the business by developing, implementing, and managing marketing solutions through successful project management and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who can set a vision and can solve problems from 30,000 feet as well as dive deep into the details and roll up their sleeves to get things done.

    • Act as the central hub between the internal marketing department, external agencies, and executive leadership to implement key marketing initiatives
    • Manage external agencies
    • Develop annual promotional calendar and track and report on promotional ROI
    • Assist with technology implementation
    • Align cross-functional work teams to achieve company driven leadership vision
    • Partner with business vendors to leverage promotions, extend customer reach, and identify areas of opportunity for better partnership and collaboration
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, including extending the customer lifecycle and increasing customer engagement
    • Support new product launches and new center openings, including Grand Opening events
    • Develop and manage email and texting campaigns
    • Ability to work autonomously and take strong accountability and ownership of multiple projects
    • Demonstrates analytical and conceptual thought while developing a structured project plan

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with performance marketing and media buying across multiple platforms (digital, radio, paid media)
    • Knowledge of multi-unit retail/service industry and/or performance marketing
    • Proven strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiatives
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Familiarity with creative development and design, or working with creative agencies/studios
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Three (3) years project management experience leading cross-departmental launches from planning to execution
    • Multi-unit retail is a must
    • Former experience as project manager at an advertising agency preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferably Marketing or Project Management concentration)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, or willingness to acquire within 60 days of hire
