    Responsibilities

    The Director of Marketing Systems directs our internal IT resources to develop, implement and align marketing automation technologies that enable the full Lead-to-Guest lifecycle to achieve growth and revenue goals. This role reports directly to the CTO but focuses on the enablement of marketing automation strategies and partners directly with the Marketing and Call Center teams.

    The Director of Marketing Systems will:

    • Audit current marketing strategies and develop optimization recommendations leveraging new and existing marketing technologies
    • Assess data and architecture to inform recommendation and present findings to leadership team
    • Manage internal IT resources, time and budget to enable new projects
    • Lead the development and execution of IT projects in support of marketing automation such as Lead Scoring and Lead Grading
    • Establish agile developments processes with cross-functional teams to align I.T. with the appropriate business arms.
    • Create a Marketing focused I.T. roadmap in conjunction with the other IT staff to align marketing strategy to ensure proper sequencing, communication and delivery of projects
    • Oversee the creation, development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives and Call Center communications programs to drive demand for services
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing team to integrate methods with web, social, mobile and Call Center processes
    • Enable Call Center activities to achieve lead volume and revenue goals. Identifies and establishes long-term and short-term strategies relating to Call Center lead acquisition and conversion objectives
    • Participate in strategic planning, business development and key operational meetings
    • Work with peers in Marketing and technology to recommend marketing investments to support strategies
    • Provide counsel and support to leaders for development of growth strategies and initiatives, enhancing organizational knowledge and understanding of effective marketing technologies
    • Work closely with entire organization to adopt best practices, leverage expertise and shared resources, avoid duplication of efforts and achieve cost efficiencies
    • Partner with Marketing, CRM and Finance to direct IT resources on the enablement of key reporting and measurement of marketing technologies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
    • 7 years of progressive experience in IT or Marketing management with a demonstrated track record of success in strategic marketing planning, IT program development and technical implementation.
    • At least 2 years of experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo or other marketing automation tools
    • Strategic thinker with excellent analytic, planning, marketing and communications skills, and with the ability to translate and move technical plans into action.
    • Ability to engage with and counsel senior leaders as well as staff in marketing activities; and provide leadership to cross-functional team members to achieve objectives.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proficiencies in digital and marketing technologies.
    • Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
