    Ideal Image, based in Tampa Florida, is the largest US retail provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures with 130 centers across North America.  The company is private-equity backed and has aggressive plans to expand the business by adding more centers and increasing the breadth and depth of services within each center.

     

    The company offers a broad range of services including laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, wrinkle reduction and other services that improve physical appearance to enhance self-image and build self-confidence. All services are FDA-cleared/approved and rigorously tested at the company’s R&D center; the services in each center are performed by registered nurses or other medically trained professionals.

    Responsibilities

    The Accounts Payable Clerk will receive, process, verify, reconcile and pay invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. They will manage and maintain a positive relationship with vendors, centers, and co-workers.

     

    The AP Clerk will also:

    • Sort and distribute invoices received through the mail and email.
    • Distribute and verify all invoices through the document management system.
    • Code all invoices to the appropriate GL and center location.
    • Review all invoices for required documentation and approval prior to payment.
    • Generate, print and mail vendor payments.
    • Create documentation and obtain approval for all wire payments.
    • Respond to all vendor inquires.
    • Validate all new vendors and obtain vendor W-9.
    • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
    • Assist with audit requests.
    • Maintain month end accrual spreadsheets.
    • Complete month end closing duties.
    • Assist with other projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (full cycle required).
    • Minimum 1-year related experience in a high-volume environment.
    • General math skills.
    • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and decision-making skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills a must.
    • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe-Concur experience a plus.
    • Ability to interact with vendors and employees in a professional manner.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
