Ideal Image, based in Tampa, is the largest US retail provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures with 130 centers across North America. The company is private-equity backed and has aggressive plans to expand the business by adding more centers and increasing the breadth and depth of services within each center.  

The company offers a broad range of services, including laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, wrinkle reduction, and other services that improve physical appearance to enhance self-image and build self-confidence. All services are FDA-cleared and rigorously tested in the company’s R&D center in Tampa; the services in each center are performed by registered nurses and other medically trained professionals.


We are looking for a strong Regional Director who will manage multiple Center Managers within a geographic region.  They will adjust/manage retail sales and operations procedures in each location based on goals set for the whole region.  The Regional Director will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  They will also perform a variety of tasks including individual and multi-unit P&L management.  Leads and directs the work of others.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


The Regional Director will also:


  • Model Ideal Image core competencies and core values
  • Implement, enforce and comply with all Ideal Image policies and procedures
  • Establish individual and collective performance objectives, sales and development goals
  • Evaluate and coach Guest Services telephone inquiries and consultations
  • Ensure every Associate models the Ideal way o provide every Guest with an exceptional experience
  • Perform and manage all aspects of staffing and employment
  • Ensure Associates follow the Ideal Engagement Sales Model
  • Train, coach, and counsel Associates
  • Collaborate with Ideal Image Development Corporation, Inc. to grow the business
  • Ensure Clinic meets Ideal Operations standards and protocols
  • Ensure Laser Treatment Providers follow established Laser Treatment Protocols
  • Maintain image branding standards
  • Network in the community to develop and enhance Ideal Image awareness
  • Plan, execute and follow up on guerilla marketing events
  • Leverage business to business and business groups relationships to increase business
  • Establish and monitor lead generation and follow up systems
  • Administer the budget and fiscal activities
  • All other tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential.
  • 12+ years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 3 years sales management experience.
  • Familiar with standard concepts of field sales, profitability and customer service.
  • Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.

  • Strong customer service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate verbal and written communication.

  • Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocol associated with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Influencing others and facilitating decisions – Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of products, service, or ideas from clinics and other departments.

  • Builds trust – Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.

  • Collaboration and partnering – Identifies opportunities and takes action to build relationships between individuals, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.

  • Business communications – Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office suite, Internet Explorer, word processing, etc.)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
