The Operations Project Manager will be an integral part of the strategic and operational leadership team of the nation’s largest provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures that help their Guests look and feel their best without surgery.

Ideal Image, based in Tampa, has 110 company-owned centers in North America, and a network of franchisees. The company is private-equity backed and has aggressive plans to expand the business by adding more centers and increasing the breadth and depth of services within each center – the company offers a broad range of services, including laser hair removal, body sculpting, wrinkle reduction, and other services that improve physical appearance to enhance self-image and build self-confidence. All services are FDA-cleared and rigorously tested in the company’s R&D center in Tampa; services are performed by registered nurses and other medically trained professionals

You’ll support the business in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and changes that ultimately lead to increased EBITDA for the company through successful project management and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who can set a vision and can solve problems from 30,000 feet as well as dive deep into the details and roll up their sleeves to get things done.

You will work with a team that is highly analytical and passionate about helping people look and feel their best. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, a McKinsey alumn and multiple time C-level executive. You will also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, a former BCG partner and multiple time private-equity backed CEO.


  • Act as trusted advisor to the COO in developing the function’s strategy and operating plan
  • “Cradle to grave” implementation of new operational processes
  • Continuous improvement of existing process and procedure
  • Aligns cross-functional work teams to achieve company driven leadership vision
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep our centers as efficient as possible
  • Build a culture of operational excellence and KPIs driven by the Ideal Image strategy
  • Ensure processes, systems, tools and organization are in place to enable field to meet KPIs
  • Work with field management to measure success of initiatives
  • Create and implement effective sales and retention strategies executed at all customer facing areas of the organization, partnering with marketing and human resources departments


  • 2+ years prior experience as a management consultant (both pre-mba and post-mba)
  • A driving passion for innovation and improvement
  • Operational excellence mindset, driven by KPIs and continuous improvement and simplification
  • Proven strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
